This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any right or remedy available to a consumer under applicable Indian law. Where a mandatory provision of law conflicts with this policy, the applicable law will prevail.

1. Order the Product and Specify the Delivery Method

2. You Will Receive an Order Confirmation Message

3. Wait for Your Order to Arrive

4. Pick up Your Order at The Checkout Area

1. Shipping Coverage

Aushidhi.com currently offers delivery across India, subject to serviceability of the customer's delivery address.

Delivery availability may depend on the PIN code, courier serviceability, geographical location, operational conditions and other factors.

Certain remote or difficult-to-service locations may require additional delivery time or may not be serviceable by our available courier partners.

If an address is found to be non-serviceable after an order is placed, Aushidhi.com will contact the customer where reasonably possible and may provide an alternative delivery arrangement or process an appropriate cancellation/refund in accordance with applicable law.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after:

  • The order has been successfully placed;
  • Payment has been successfully received or the applicable payment method has been verified; and
  • The required customer and delivery information has been received.

Orders are normally processed during our business/operational days.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or other non-operational days may be processed on the next working day.

Aushidhi.com may contact the customer if additional information is required to process or verify an order.

3. Order Confirmation

After successfully placing an order, customers may receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp or another available communication channel.

The confirmation may contain:

  • Order number;
  • Products ordered;
  • Order value;
  • Delivery address;
  • Payment status; and
  • Other relevant order information.

Customers should review the order confirmation and contact contact@aushidhi.com promptly if any information appears incorrect.

4. Shipping and Delivery Charges

Applicable shipping or delivery charges, if any, will be displayed to the customer before the order is completed.

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location;
  • Order value;
  • Product weight or dimensions;
  • Courier availability;
  • Promotional offers; and
  • Other applicable shipping conditions.

Where free shipping is offered, the applicable terms of the offer will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

5. Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery timeline for an order will generally be displayed during checkout or communicated through the applicable order/shipping confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Delivery PIN code;
  • Courier serviceability;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Transportation conditions;
  • Public holidays;
  • Festivals;
  • Natural events;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Operational disruptions;
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information; and
  • Other circumstances beyond Aushidhi.com's reasonable control.

An estimated delivery date is an estimate and not a guarantee unless expressly stated otherwise.

However, Aushidhi.com will endeavour to fulfil and deliver orders within the delivery timeline communicated to the customer.

6. Shipment Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may receive shipment tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may be provided through:

  • Email;
  • SMS;
  • WhatsApp;
  • Order/account page; or
  • The courier partner's tracking system.

Tracking information is generally provided by the applicable logistics partner, and updates may sometimes be delayed.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Name of recipient;
  • House/building number;
  • Street/locality;
  • City;
  • State;
  • PIN code; and
  • Valid contact number.

Aushidhi.com will not be responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is identified before dispatch, customers should immediately contact:

contact@aushidhi.com

Aushidhi.com will make reasonable efforts to assist with address corrections where the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, an address change may not be possible.

8. Delivery Attempts

The courier partner may make one or more delivery attempts according to its operational procedures.

Customers should ensure that the recipient or an authorized person is available to receive the order.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • Nobody is available to receive the package;
  • The customer refuses delivery;
  • The address is incomplete or incorrect;
  • The customer is unreachable;
  • The PIN code is not serviceable; or
  • Other circumstances prevent delivery,

the courier may return the package to Aushidhi.com.

Any refund or re-shipment in such circumstances will be handled in accordance with the applicable circumstances, our policies and applicable law.

9. Delivery of Ayurvedic Products

Aushidhi.com takes reasonable precautions to ensure that Ayurvedic products are packed appropriately before dispatch.

Products are shipped in packaging intended to protect them during ordinary transportation.

Customers should store products according to the instructions provided on the product packaging.

Aushidhi.com will not be responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage or handling after successful delivery to the customer.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer remedy where a product was defective or otherwise non-compliant at the time of delivery.

10. Delayed Delivery

If an order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, customers may contact:

contact@aushidhi.com

We will endeavour to investigate the shipment with the applicable courier or logistics partner and provide an update.

Delivery delays may occur because of circumstances including courier disruptions, extreme weather, natural events, festivals, public holidays, transportation disruptions, governmental restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where applicable law provides a customer with a remedy because of delayed delivery or failure to deliver, Aushidhi.com will comply with the applicable legal requirements.

11. Lost Shipments

If a shipment appears to have been lost in transit, customers should contact Aushidhi.com.

Aushidhi.com may investigate the shipment with the applicable courier or logistics partner.

Depending on the circumstances, Aushidhi.com may:

  • Arrange re-shipment;
  • Provide an appropriate refund; or
  • Provide another legally applicable remedy.

Any such action will be subject to verification and applicable law.

12. Incorrect Product Delivered

If a customer receives a product different from the product ordered, please contact:

contact@aushidhi.com

within 2 working days of delivery, wherever reasonably possible.

Customers should retain the product, packaging and shipping label and provide photographs if requested.

The matter will be reviewed under our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer-protection requirements.

Where the incorrect delivery is attributable to Aushidhi.com, the customer will not be required to bear a cost where applicable law requires Aushidhi.com to bear that cost.

13. Damaged or Tampered Products

If the product is received damaged or appears to have been tampered with, customers should contact Aushidhi.com as soon as possible and preferably within 2 working days of delivery.

The customer may be requested to provide:

  • Photographs of the outer package;
  • Photographs of the shipping label;
  • Photographs of the product;
  • Photographs of seals and labels;
  • Video evidence where available; and
  • Other information reasonably required to investigate the matter.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, Aushidhi.com may arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.

14. Refusal of Delivery

Customers are advised not to refuse delivery merely because they have changed their mind about the purchase.

If the package is visibly damaged or appears tampered with, the customer should document the condition and contact Aushidhi.com.

Where a customer refuses an otherwise correctly delivered order without a legitimate product or delivery issue, the order may be treated as a failed delivery.

Any refund in such circumstances will be subject to the applicable circumstances, shipping costs, our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

15. Re-shipping

Where an order is returned to Aushidhi.com because of circumstances attributable to the customer, such as:

  • Incorrect address;
  • Incomplete address;
  • Customer unavailable;
  • Customer refusal;
  • Failure to accept delivery; or
  • Other customer-related delivery issues,

Aushidhi.com may, where appropriate, offer re-shipment subject to payment of applicable additional shipping charges.

Any such arrangement will be communicated to the customer before re-shipment.

16. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered, it will be subject to:

  • PIN-code serviceability;
  • Product eligibility;
  • Order value limits;
  • Courier availability; and
  • Other conditions displayed during checkout.

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information for COD orders.

Aushidhi.com may restrict COD availability for certain locations, products or orders where permitted by applicable law.

17. Payment Verification

For prepaid orders, Aushidhi.com may wait for confirmation of successful payment before processing or dispatching the order.

If a payment is debited from the customer's account but the order is not successfully confirmed, the customer should contact:

contact@aushidhi.com

with the transaction details.

Aushidhi.com will investigate the transaction with the applicable payment gateway or financial institution and process any eligible refund in accordance with applicable law.

18. Shipping Charges in Case of Voluntary Return

For an approved voluntary return, the customer will bear:

  • The original courier/delivery charges incurred for sending the order to the customer;
  • The full courier charges for sending the product back to Aushidhi.com; and
  • The applicable 2% payment processing charge on the total amount paid for the order, subject to applicable law.

The customer is responsible for safely packing and delivering the returned product to Aushidhi.com.

The detailed calculation and conditions are provided in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These charges do not apply where applicable law requires Aushidhi.com to provide a refund or other remedy without such deductions.

19. Delivery Partners

Aushidhi.com may use third-party courier and logistics providers to fulfil orders.

The customer may receive communications directly from the applicable courier partner concerning:

  • Shipment tracking;
  • Delivery attempts;
  • Delivery scheduling;
  • Address verification; or
  • Other delivery-related matters.

Aushidhi.com may share the personal information reasonably necessary to fulfil the delivery, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Aushidhi.com will not be responsible for delays or inability to deliver caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Government restrictions;
  • Strikes or transportation disruptions;

Where such circumstances occur, Aushidhi.com will make reasonable efforts to fulfil the order as soon as practicable.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

21. Cancellation Due to Non-Serviceability or Inability to Fulfil

If Aushidhi.com is unable to fulfil an order because the delivery location is not serviceable, the product is unavailable, or another material fulfilment issue arises, Aushidhi.com may cancel the order.

Where payment has already been received, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law and our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

A client that's unhappy for a reason is a problem, a client that's unhappy though he or her can't quite put a finger on it is worse. Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required.

It's content strategy gone awry right from the start. Forswearing the use of Lorem Ipsum wouldn't have helped, won't help now. It's like saying you're a bad designer, use less bold text, don't use italics in every other paragraph. True enough, but that's not all that it takes to get things back on track.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

If that's what you think how bout the other way around? How can you evaluate content without design? No typography, no colors, no layout, no styles, all those things that convey the important signals that go beyond the mere textual, hierarchies of information, weight, emphasis, oblique stresses, priorities, all those subtle cues that also have visual and emotional appeal to the reader. Rigid proponents of content strategy may shun the use of dummy copy but then designers might want to ask them to provide style sheets with the copy decks they supply that are in tune with the design direction they require.
